Bahuán

The word «Bahuá» describes the cry or song of the parrot as well as itself, in other words, at the beginning of the Shipibo language it was the onomatopoeic term for the feathered green. In the indigenous communities of the Amazon, there is a close and intense relationship with nature. This is reflected in their language, which not only names it, but also often imitates it.
